Sourcing Specialist

Indirect Sourcing Specialist

Support end-to-end sourcing activities, including supplier selection, sourcing events, negotiations, and contract execution across indirect spend categories.

Manage purchase order activities, supplier master data, and procure-to-pay processes while resolving system or process issues.

Track and analyze procurement KPIs to recommend and implement process improvements that increase efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, or a related field
• 4 years of procurement experience, preferably supporting indirect categories (e.g., Marketing, IT, HR, Facilities)
• Working knowledge of procure-to-pay processes, sourcing methodology, and contract fundamentals
• Experience using a source-to-pay system such as Oracle, SAP, or Coupa

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience partnering with Legal to review and redline commercial contract terms
• Continuous improvement mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
