Job Description Job Description Polished Casual Restaurant & Bar seeking a driven and experienced Front of House Manager who has a passion for food and creating memorable experiences for guests. Responsibilities * Foster guest satisfaction through hands-on, lead-by-example management * Employ leadership skills to motivate team members and ensure cost control and labor management * Oversee inspection of establishment and monitor compliance with occupational, health and safety standards, and liquor regulations by observing team members and guests. * Manage the accuracy of restaurant paperwork including daily sales summary reports, payroll records, and petty cash reimbursement forms.
