Conduct scheduled outpatient procedures and participate in resident teaching at James H. Quillen VA Medical Center. Respond to emergency neurology calls, reporting within 45 minutes and being available by phone within 10 minutes. Participate in resident supervision, clinical research, and quality improvement initiatives. Ensure accurate documentation of patient encounters and follow-up promptly on test results. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care. Contribute to the professional development of residents and fellows in a supportive learning environment. What You Need Board Certification or eligible for certification by The American Board of Internal Medicine in Neurology. Valid, unrestricted medical license in any US state, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or US territory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and within a team. Commitment to high-quality patient care and resident education.
