What's yours?Position OverviewWe're looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Master Data Analyst specializing in Data Governance and SAP to help strengthen the integrity and reliability of our enterprise master data. In this role, you'll partner across Supply Chain, Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and IT to ensure that high-quality master data fuels efficient operations, accurate reporting, and successful product launches.If you thrive in environments where data quality truly matters—and you enjoy improving processes as much as maintaining them—you'll be a great fit.What you'll doMaster Data ManagementCreate, modify, and maintain SAP master data, including Material Master, BOMs, Routings, Production Versions, PIRs, Source Lists, and variant configurations.Ensure all master data follows established governance rules, standards, and naming conventions.Support new product introductions by coordinating data requirements and ensuring readiness for launches.SAP Data Governance (MDG)Manage SAP MDG workflows, including change requests, approvals, data validations, and data quality rules.Partner with Data Owners to identify gaps and drive corrective actions.Participate in enhancement efforts for MDG workflows, user experience, and process automation.Data Quality & Continuous ImprovementPerform regular data audits to monitor quality, completeness, and consistency.Identify root causes of data issues and implement sustainable improvements.Track and report on master data KPIs and compliance metrics.Cross-Functional Collaboration & TrainingServe as a subject matter expert for data governance standards and SAP master data.Train and support functional teams on master data requirements, processes, and templates.Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training resources.Who you areWhat You BringRequiredBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Data/Information Management, Engineering, or related field.2–5 years of experience in Master Data, Data Governance, or Data Management.Hands-on experience with SAP ERP (ECC or S/4HANA).Understanding of core Supply Chain or Operations processes.Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail.Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.PreferredExperience with SAP MDG and SAP Fiori applications.Knowledge of Data Governance principles (data ownership, stewardship, lineage, quality, and classification).Exposure to process improvement methodologies (LEAN, Six Sigma, HDMS).Experience in manufacturing or product-centric environments.What Success Looks LikeHigh accuracy and consistency in SAP master data.Improved data quality trends and reduced recurring errors.Positive relationships with cross-functional teams.Clear documentation and strong adoption of data governance practices.Why You'll Love Working HereYou'll have a direct impact on the quality of data that powers our supply chain and product lifecycle.You'll join a collaborative team committed to improving processes and enabling business growth.You'll work in a culture that values continuous improvement, transparency, and data-driven decision-making.What's in it for you?Annual base salary range: $78,000 - $106,000Bonus target range: 10% - 20%Generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disabilityA company culture that prioritizes internal development and professional growthTime off with pay 401(k) plan with a degree of employer matchingPaid parental leaveWellness programs and product discountsPlease note, all offers presented to candidates are carefully crafted to ensure market competitiveness, equity, and reflect the individual candidate's education, experience, skills and potential.Hunter Douglas is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with applicable employment laws.
