Manager, US Commercial Contract Operations

Moderna seeks a Manager for US Commercial Contract Operations in Princeton to oversee market access contract implementation, payments, and process improvements. The role involves direct execution of contract operations activities, cross-functional collaboration, and compliance oversight across pricing, chargebacks, rebates, and customer eligibility.

Responsibilities

Advise on Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, Robinson-Patman, and Sherman Act compliance
Provide contract support for wholesaler, distributor, health system, and employer agreements
Support government price reporting policies, methodologies, and regulatory communications
Advise on state distribution licensure, government contracting, and Drug Supply Chain Security Act
Collaborate with Compliance on risk mitigation, SOPs, and policy implementation

Requirements

Juris Doctor degree and bar admission in good standing
8+ years in-house or law firm experience in pharma or biotech
Experience advising on fraud, abuse, and antitrust issues for marketed drugs
Complex contract drafting, review, and negotiation experience
Understanding of US pharmaceutical pricing and reimbursement mechanisms
Independent legal analysis and solutions-oriented counsel delivery

Compensation: $183,800 - $330,300 base
