Director, Brand Strategy & Operations, US Milvexian

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Director to lead US brand strategy and launch execution for milvexian. The role involves driving annual brand planning, managing launch readiness across indications, and overseeing budget and team operations in partnership with senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute US brand strategy and launch planning for milvexian across indications
- Own launch excellence roadmap, dashboards, and senior leadership review preparation
- Manage US matrix budget and operational expenses in partnership with finance
- Lead team operating rhythm including weekly and monthly meetings, MBRs, and offsites
- Coordinate launch readiness and governance deliverables with cross-functional and alliance partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 6-8 years commercial experience in pharmaceutical or relevant industry
- Demonstrated marketing expertise in US or other markets with track record
- Strong project management and cross-functional leadership capabilities
- Launch experience and cardiovascular therapeutic area experience preferred
Compensation: $188,650 - $228,598
