For this role, success looks like: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory or leadership role Experience in a SaaS environment with strong understanding of GAAP and revenue recognition (ASC 606) Proven ability to own financial statement preparation and lead the close process in a hands-on capacity Strong proficiency in accounting systems and advanced Excel skills Experience with SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, churn, and customer lifetime value Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail Effective communicator with the ability to partner cross-functionally and lead a team Ready to Join? The Fine Print (That Really Matters) At PracticeTek, we determine compensation by considering market data, internal equity, and each candidate’s skills and experience. For this position, we reasonably expect to pay total comp between $158,000 - $194,000. This role is also eligible for benefits, including health, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, and may be eligible for additional compensation such as bonuses or equity, as applicable.
