Senior Analyst, Commercial Operations & Analytics

Senior Analyst role supporting commercial operations and analytics for a global life sciences organization. Responsibilities include demand forecasting, revenue projections, dashboard development, and providing business insights to drive US commercial strategy across marketing and sales functions.
Responsibilities
- Develop demand forecasts, revenue projections, and annual budgets with monthly performance analysis
- Create and maintain dashboards tracking key performance indicators and strategic metrics
- Conduct data quality assurance and implement cleansing processes for accuracy and completeness
- Support channel management analysis including DIOH, incentive tracking, and ROI assessment
- Deliver ad-hoc reporting and actionable insights to sales, marketing, and business partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years analytical experience supporting commercial operations and sales
- Advanced Excel, Access, or SAS proficiency with strong business acumen
- Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and PowerBI systems
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholder needs
- 10% travel availability
Compensation: $104,700–$167,500 base annual USD plus incentives
