Commercial Card Business Analyst - Senior Associate

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for experience in payments and/or financial services, ideally with exposure to supplier onboarding, enablement, partnerships, client service, or program operations.
• We need strong organizational skills and close attention to detail, with the ability to handle several active priorities while maintaining steady follow-through.
• We value proven ability to coordinate across stakeholders and keep work moving in a matrixed environment.
• We need strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to provide clear status updates and action plans.
• We require proficiency with CRM and workflow tools, including the ability to maintain data quality and create operational reporting.
• Preferred: experience with commercial card programs and/or B2B payments enablement.
• Preferred: working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Preferred: working knowledge of Salesforce.

• We will rely on you to manage day-to-day administrative execution that supports supplier adoption of commercial card solutions, including intake, tracking, routing, documentation, and follow-through.
• You will coordinate supplier and partner engagement workflows, including scheduling, communications, status updates, and maintaining a steady operating rhythm.
• You will support onboarding and enablement by working with internal teams to help with supplier setup, integration steps, and readiness for activation.
• You will track supplier adoption progress, maintain accurate CRM and workflow records, and prepare routine reporting on funnel health, cycle times, and adoption results.
• You will identify process gaps and recurring blockers, then recommend and implement improvements such as templates, playbooks, handoffs, FAQs, and SLAs to streamline adoption and reduce friction.
• You will support partnership management by aligning internal and external stakeholders, driving timely decisions, and helping deliver a positive supplier experience.
• You may conduct targeted supplier outreach to move onboarding forward, resolve open items, and accelerate activation and usage growth.
