Site Manager - Clinical Research
Location: Lauderhill, FL
Job Type: Full-Time
Setting: Clinical Research | Phase I-IV Trials
Focus: CNS, Neuroscience, Psychiatric & Psychedelic Research
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily site operations and multiple Phase I-IV trials.
Lead a 30+ employee research team .
Manage recruitment, enrollment, retention, timelines, and site KPIs.
Ensure FDA, ICH-GCP, HIPAA, and sponsor compliance .
Manage sponsor/CRO relationships and support site growth.
Qualifications
6+ years clinical research experience.
4+ years leadership/management experience.
Experience managing Phase I-IV trials .
CNS, neuroscience, psychiatric, or psychedelic research experience.
Experience managing a 30+ employee team required .
Bachelor's degree preferred.
CCRC/CCRP preferred.
