Overview

We are hiring a high-energy, results-driven Sales Lead to drive sales performance, coach and develop sales associates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Success in this position requires a proactive approach to customer engagement, consistently connecting with customers who are not actively shopping for wireless and turning those interactions into sales opportunities. Pay & Perks

What You'll Do

Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions Travel between store locations if required

Preferred Experience

Wireless retail experience Proven retail or B2C sales success Experience in training, coaching, or leading a small team

Additional Requirements

Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Willingness to travel within the district as needed Background check, where applicable Must be 18 years or older
