About the role As our Merchandising Operations Manager, you'll help the US Merchandising organization operate effectively and deliver strong business results. You'll lead financial and operational planning, performance reporting, and process improvement. By developing practical tools and frameworks, you'll bring greater clarity to priorities, resources, and investment decisions across the LEGO brand’s retail presence.

Required Qualifications Analyzed merchandising, retail execution, financial, or operational performance data to identify business opportunities and support decision-making. Managed budgets, forecasts, investment planning, or resource allocation processes for a business function or commercial organization. Created and maintained reporting tools, planning models, dashboards, or scorecards that improved performance visibility and accountability within resource planning and allocation. Led projects across merchandising, finance, retail execution, sales, or operations teams to deliver strategic impact against business priorities. Presented data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders and influenced strategic resource decisions through clear communication and business insights. Implemented operational improvements that delivered measurable gains in efficiency, process consistency, resource utilization, or business performance.

Preferred Qualifications Created advanced data visualizations and performance reporting for business stakeholders. Managed projects or programs involving multiple teams, milestones, and priorities. Developed executive communications that turned complex information into a clear business story. Applied commercial insights to planning, performance, or investment decisions.

What you'll build Establish a strong operational and financial foundation for US Merchandising. Turn performance data into recommendations that guide planning and investment. Improve tools, processes, and working rhythms across the organization. Strengthen visibility and accountability around priorities, resources, and results. Identify opportunities to simplify and scale how the team operates. Create strategic plans that support future growth and stronger retail execution. Life on the team You'll join Markets and Channels within the US Channels team. We bring the LEGO brand to life wherever shoppers discover and purchase our products. It’s a largely virtual team with regular working rhythms, frequent communication, and opportunities to share ideas and celebrate progress. You’ll work with curiosity, take initiative, and help colleagues solve challenges together, even when the path isn’t fully defined.

What success looks like After one year, you’ll have built trusted relationships and helped deliver operational and financial performance against plan. You’ll support the team as it explores new technologies, improves retail execution, and expands its capabilities. Your closest partners will include the Director of Merchandising, Field Merchandising Managers, the Merchandising Coordinator, Finance, Retail Execution colleagues, and Key Account Managers.

Additional Notes There is no relocation budget for this role. #LI-LW2 #LI-Hybrid Compensation The salary for this position has a range of $107,885.00 - $161,827.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law.
