Sr. Project Manager

Senior Project ManagerThe Contractor must provide Project Manager services to the Core Regulatory Suite (CRS) Project, including but not limited to the following:Facilitate information gathering sessions with stakeholders to collect and/or validate pain points (issues) and business needs;Plan, Design, Develop, distribute, and analyze results of information gathering and new business documentation;Manages the workstream using Azure DevOps and Microsoft Project.Facilitate information gathering sessions and workshops to perform business capability analysis for data and document migration;Makes suggestions for system or process improvements;Participate in systems configuration, report development, cutover planning, issues and risk resolution, as required;Collaborating with the vendor during transition from legacy business systems to CRS;Collaborating with the vendor during transition for data and document migration to the new systems;Works with the CRS Project Manager, and other CRS team members to define metrics and performance goals for the application;Assist in translating requirements and use cases into test cases and conditions and expected results for product, performance and user acceptance testing; working with the CRS Quality Assurance Test Lead;Participates in quality assurance reviews as required;Providing information to the vendor on specific business systems;Providing support for data migration for specific business systems when required;Providing support for document migration when required;Assist with documenting of system catalogs, data models, data flows and data source/ repositories;Assist with analysis of third-party tools and technologies;Assist with preparation of vendor meetings;Assist with preparation of presentations, briefings or other communications as required; andOther services as deemed necessary for the success of the CRS Project.Provide PM services to other projects as needed.The Contractor is to support the CRS Sr. Project Manager, to gather, analyze and document the information needed to ensure deliverables for this project are met.Report to the Contract ManagerBe supervised by the CRS Sr. Project Manager;Work collaboratively with the CRS Solutions Architect; the CRS Business Analysts and other CRS team members including client SMEs;Work with representatives of all sectors as designated by the CRS Sr. Project Manager;Works with client's technical staff; and,Maintain a strong working relationship with the project stakeholdersThrough the delivery of the Services the client wishes to realize the following outcomes and, without limiting the obligation of the Contractor to comply with other provisions of this Part, the Contractor must use commercially reasonable efforts to achieve them:Data and Document migration capabilities for all sectors, preparation report and all related deliverables;Coordination of CRS and client Records Management activities and impacts;The development of standard Project Management deliverables i.e. project charters, templates, status reports, requirements etc.Coordination of CRS Project SharePoint requirementsIdentification of any impacts to other client business areas through delivery of the CRS program.Mandatory Requirements:A resume or Curriculum Vitae confirming: o recent (within the last 3 years) experience working with a public sector/broader public sector organizations or regulatory environmentMinimum of five (5) years of project management experience.Project Management Certification – appropriate accreditation in Project Management (e.g. PMP or Prince2) from a recognized body such as PMI.
