Supply Chain AnalystHiring Salary Ranges:Supply Chain Analyst I - $27.21/hr - $38.08/hrSupply Chain Analyst II - $68,800/yr - $103,200/yrCompensation is determined by a combination of factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, and certifications. The actual offer may vary, reflecting the candidate's unique blend of experience, educational background, and skill level.PURPOSE: The Supply Chain Analyst works to drive supply chain excellence, including inventory control at Dairyland warehouses and other Power Supply and Power Delivery locations. Analyze the movement of goods through the supply pipeline, monitor current processes, identify, and analyze gaps, and develop process improvements.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Work with cross functional teams throughout the business to resolve discrepancies.Controls inventory levels by coordinating physical counts per policies and procedures; reconciling with supply chain management system.Perform Microsoft D365 transactions to ensure inventory accuracy such as posting product receipts, approving cycle count work, and updating data.Approve invoices and verify deliveries.Manage on-site vending program.Create and manage new parts in Microsoft D365.Gathers and interprets relevant data (costs, productivity, demand patterns, etc.). Uses skills in database management and spreadsheet analysis to help the business increase cash flows, inventory turns, and employee productivity.Identifies and investigates problems, finds root causes, and develops solutions to drive process excellence and reduce enterprise risk.Frequent travel to JPM (Alma, WI), and occasional travel to other Dairyland sites.Perform other duties as assigned.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Education & Experience:Supply Chain Analyst I - Associates degree in supply chain management, business administration or related field plus a minimum of one (1) years related experience. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Process improvement experience preferred. Knowledge of utility and union organizations beneficial.Supply Chain Analyst II - Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration or related field plus a minimum of three (3) years related experience. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Process improvement experience preferred.
