PRN Clinical Pharmacist

Job Title Clinical Pharmacist (Remote, Part-time) Responsibilities Ensure clinical accuracy and execution of patient prescriptions. Verify hard copy and digital prescriptions. Communicate with healthcare professionals, patients, and technicians via phone and email. Supervise and execute incoming and outgoing prescription transfers. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD). Active license in state of residence. Experience in pharmacist verification work. Clinical judgement skills. Prior interface with OutcomesMTM and Mirixa preferred. Ability to work flexible schedule. Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate with multiple partners. Exceptional customer care standards. Strong attention to detail and high organization. Problem-solving ability. Multi-tasking capability. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Self-starter with minimal supervision. Passion to help people. Physical / Mental Demands This position is administrative in nature and requires hearing, seeing, sitting, standing, talking, and walking. Employees must be able to commute to multiple site locations within the assigned territory. Extended hours may be required.
