About the Role:

As a Caregiver/Home Health Aide with Modani Care, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, providing assistance with daily living activities, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care. You will work closely with our team to develop personalized care plans that meet each client's unique needs and goals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate care and support to clients in their homes, promoting independence and dignity
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Prepare meals and light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and healthy living environment
• Assist with medication reminders and self-administration as needed
• Develop strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and advocacy
• Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
