Isaac partners with leading HVAC and plumbing companies throughout the United States, providing the support and resources of a large national company./ph3Responsibilities:/h3ulliPerform installation of furnaces, heat pumps, AC units, water heaters etc. for residential clients/liliInteract with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns./liliDevelop basic knowledge of residential and mechanical piping and ductwork./liliEnsure the HVAC equipment that was installed is clean, safe, and up to high standards before departure./liliSafely operate hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment as required by the job./li/ulh3Job Qualifications:/h3ulliHigh School diploma or equivalent required/liliOSHA 10-hour Certificate preferred/liliEPA Universal Certification preferred/lili2-5+ years of HVAC experience/liliValid drivers license with an acceptable driving record/li/ulh3Competencies:/h3ulliExcellent written, verbal, and active listening skills/liliExceptional customer service skills/liliTechnical knowledge/liliStrong organizational skills/liliAbility to work individually and as part of a team/liliCustomer focused/liliProblem-solving skills/li/ulh3What can we offer you?/h3ulliCompetitive base pay/liliComprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance/liliPaid vacation and sick time/lili401k Retirement Plan with Company Match/liliTool and Uniform Allowances/li/ulpThe starting base range for this position is $22.00 to $30.00 per hour.
