If you have a passion for electronics and a keen eye for quality, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!Key ResponsibilitiesConducting visual PCBA inspections and paperwork verification at our client's supplier(s)Ensuring PCBA products meet quality and specification standards, verifying proper component placement, solder joints, and other assembly specificationsInspecting soldering, component orientation, and component placement for accuracy, as per design and IPC-A-610 standardsConfirming shipping documentation is legible and accurate (part number, serial number, etc.)Checking documentation packages to industry standards and classifying defectsInterpreting PCBA manufacturing drawings, circuit board layouts, and identifying non-conformancesPeriodically verifying accuracy and ensuring productivity to meet production schedulesMaintaining equipment and keeping the work area organized and compliant with safety regulationsRequired QualificationsKnowledge of PCBA assembly methods and processesFamiliarity with IPC-A-610 standardsMinimum 3 years of experience as a PCBA Inspector/Assembler in electronic manufacturing or related fieldsAbility to read PCB assembly schematics, and circuit diagrams, and identify electronic componentsProficient in documenting Certificates of Conformance (COC)Strong organizational, communication, and software adaptation skillsPreferred QualificationsCertified or previously certified in IPC-A-610Diploma or GED from an accredited high school or technical school; college degree in engineeringKnowledge of electronic contract manufacturing and LEAN manufacturing practices5 years of experience, with 2 years as a PCBA Inspector$33 - $35 an hour.78 cents per mileNote:SQA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
