The LPN will provide direct patient care , assist with clinical procedures , administer medications , and support providers in outpatient settings such as clinics, physician offices, and specialty care centers . This role requires strong clinical skills, patient-focused care, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment .

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in an outpatient setting.
• Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
• Assist with minor procedures, wound care, and dressing changes .
• Monitor vital signs and document patient progress.
• Educate patients on medications, treatment plans, and follow-up care .
• Coordinate with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare professionals .
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Travel to various outpatient facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: Completion of an accredited LPN program .
• License: Active LPN license in the state of assignment or compact license.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an outpatient or clinic setting preferred.
• Skills: Strong patient care, clinical assessment, and communication skills.
• Certifications: BLS certification required.
• Travel Readiness: Willingness to take on travel assignments .
