Justice Works Outreach & Intake Coordinator

HousingPlus is seeking an Outreach Intake Coordinator to join the Justice Works program in Brooklyn. You will manage referrals, screening, and intake tasks, representing Justice Works in diverse settings. The role reports to the Senior Program Director and collaborates with subcontractors and referring partners. You will oversee referrals, admissions, and discharges to meet contractual goals, while ensuring accurate documentation and partnership engagement. #J-18808-Ljbffr HousingPlus
