You'll play a key role in growing our commercial portfolio while helping local businesses succeed. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, financial problem-solving, and making an impact in the community.What You'll DoBuild and manage a portfolio of commercial loan relationships, including business, real estate, and construction lendingDevelop new business through networking, referrals, and community involvementMeet with clients to understand their financial needs and recommend lending and banking solutionsAnalyze financial statements, credit information, and collateral to evaluate loan opportunitiesStructure and present loan requests with clear recommendations and supporting analysisMonitor existing loans to ensure compliance, strong credit quality, and client satisfactionIdentify potential credit concerns and collaborate with leadership to develop solutionsDeliver responsive, high-quality service to clients and internal partnersIdentify opportunities to deepen client relationships by making referrals to other lines of business, including treasury management, deposit products, and other bank servicesActively support deposit growth by developing and maintaining strong operating account relationships with commercial clientsComply with all applicable banking regulations, including Bank Secrecy Act requirements and information security standardsWhat You'll BringProven ability to build and maintain strong business relationshipsSolid understanding of financial statements and credit analysisExperience with business development and networkingStrong communication skills and professional presenceAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independentlyHigh level of organization and attention to detailEducation and ExperienceBachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, or related field preferred 3–7 years of commercial lending or related financial services experience Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be consideredRegular and reliable attendance and punctuality are required for this position.
