What's the role about? Field Brand Ambassador Become the face of Mondelez in your territory Field-Based | 24 Hours per Week | Permanent Salary: £15,862.08 per annum (£12.71 per hour) up to 15% quarterly bonus On-target earnings (OTE): up to £18,241 per annum Territory : Evesham, Great Malvern, Hereford, Leominster, Ross On Wye, and surrounds Smollan are looking for a confident and proactive field-based professional to represent some of the UK's favourite brands, including Cadbury, Oreo, Belvita and Maynards Bassetts. In this role, you'll combine excellent merchandising standards with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, working closely with store managers and colleagues to maximise product visibility, availability and promotional compliance.
