Senior Customer Success Manager - Central Region (Remote)
OneStream Software LLC
OneStream Software is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to steward a portfolio of 30–35 enterprise accounts with an ARR of $5M–$15M. You will champion customer outcomes, drive adoption and expansions, and collaborate with Sales to identify upsell opportunities.
Responsibilities include onboarding, renewals management, risk mitigation, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Travel up to 50% is required; remote work option available.
