Branch Manager

Responsibilities Responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operational performance of the branch Oversee warehouse operations, delivery logistics, and inside sales teams Partner closely with the regional sales organization to support customer growth and account development Drive profitable sales growth through strategic planning and execution Build and maintain strong relationships with electrical contractors, industrial customers, OEMs, and other stakeholders Resolve customer issues and ensure exceptional service Manage the branch budget and goals, including revenue targets, margins, and operating expenses Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain, or related field preferred—but equivalent industry experience is highly valued 5+ years of experience in electrical wholesale distribution or related industry Prior leadership or branch management experience strongly preferred Experience working within ISO-compliant environments, including adherence to documented standards, audit readiness, and continuous improvement processes Valid driver’s license required Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification Ability to obtain DOT Medical Certificate may be required in some locations Hard Skills budget management sales growth strategy logistics management warehouse operations account development customer service ISO compliance continuous improvement forklift operation DOT Medical Certificate Soft Skills leadership relationship building problem solving strategic planning communication team management customer focus operational performance collaboration adaptability Certifications & Qualifications Bachelor's degree forklift certification valid driver's license #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
