Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.25 / Hour Job Schedule: Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused business location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating observations to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, including business areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, assisting with credential verification and directing guests to appropriate locations. Document patrols, incidents, and unusual observations in required reports, and communicate relevant information during shift handoffs. Minimum Requirements: Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience. A guard card/license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
