Generations Home Loans is looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer who wants better opportunities, stronger support, and a market with real room to grow. The math should get your attention: approximately 10,000 real estate agents are served by only about 40 loan officers across the territory. The market is underserved, the relationship opportunities are real, and someone is going to establish a strong presence here. It might as well be you. If you are already producing solid numbers, we believe you can produce more with warmer opportunities, less internal competition, and a company built to support your success.

We are looking for someone with a chip on their shoulder and something to prove. You may have been overlooked, under-supported, or capped at a company that treats you like another number. At Generations Home Loans, you will have experienced processing and underwriting support, access to company-supported real estate relationships, and a genuine path to greater production and leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

What You Will Do

• Build productive relationships with real estate agents throughout your assigned territory
• Follow up consistently on warm leads, company introductions, and referral opportunities
• Advise homebuyers and recommend mortgage options that align with their needs
• Manage borrowers from the initial conversation through application, approval, and closing
• Communicate proactively with borrowers, agents, processors, and underwriters
• Build a sustainable, purchase-focused pipeline and establish a strong local market presence

Minimum Qualifications

• Active NMLS license in good standing
• Previous residential mortgage origination experience
• Demonstrated ability to generate, manage, and close mortgage opportunities
• Strong relationship-building, sales, and communication skills
• Working knowledge of mortgage products, guidelines, and borrower qualification
• A competitive, growth-oriented mindset with the drive to build something meaningful

COMPENSATION:

This is a performance-based mortgage origination opportunity designed for professionals who want the ability to grow their production, develop a long-term book of business, and advance into greater levels of responsibility.

Compensation is based on individual or team production, experience, role, and applicable leadership responsibilities. Successful producing loan officers may earn $150,000 to $300,000 annually or more , depending on performance.
