Maintenance Assistant

About the Role For over 70 years Rice Lake Weighing Systems has been a successful, growth-oriented company known as a leader in the weighing industry and our community. We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join our team for Summer 2026. Responsibilities Maintenance Assistants work in a variety of areas performing general labor, cleaning, painting, and maintenance support of building and grounds. Summer Helpers will utilize a variety of tools, painting equipment, ladders, mowers and will receive on-the-job training. Requirements Candidates must be at least 18 years of age, available to work during the months of June, July and August, possess a strong work ethic and commitment to working safely at all times, and be a team player.
