The Opportunity

We're looking for a trusted, respected leader to join our advisory board, someone who has built significant relationship equity in the marketplace and can help accelerate Selective Insight's growth through strategic access, introductions, and commercial guidance.

Our immediate priority is expanding our reach within private equity, venture capital, and high-growth company ecosystems—creating relationships that can develop into retained searches, enterprise partnerships, and recurring revenue opportunities.

• Are a growth-stage operator, investor, or former exec with a strong reputation and expansive network in private equity, venture capital, or high-growth business circles.
• Understand that talent is the ultimate growth lever —and know firsthand how the right hire can change the game.
• Are energized by making strategic intros , advising on growth inflection points , and helping elevate a brand that's built on trust, high performance, and results.
• Value long-term, performance-aligned upside , and want to play a meaningful role in a business with multiple revenue streams and untapped verticals.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to the founders , helping identify and advance the relationships, markets, and growth channels with the greatest potential to create meaningful revenue and enterprise value.
• Make targeted introductions to private equity leaders, investors, CEOs, operating partners, board members, and growth-stage executives who could become clients, strategic partners, or advocates for Selective Insight.
• Advocate for Selective Insight in your ecosystem and support brand-building initiatives where appropriate.
• Collaborate monthly on growth milestones, key relationships, and new market expansion opportunities.
• Champion the strategic distribution and market penetration of Find Me a Rockstar , written by the co-Founder — a definitive guide for growth-minded leaders on attracting and retaining top talent. Leverage your network, influence, and executive relationships to amplify the book's reach.
