Targatek is seeking experienced strategic and financial partners to join our Board of Directors or Board of Advisors to help guide our organization toward long-term success. Board members will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategic direction, driving performance in it's flagship product , and uphold the highest standards of governance and transparency. This leadership role includes, but is not limited to, overseeing financial and operational performance, guiding long-term planning, supporting executive leadership, maintaining legal and regulatory compliance, and helping steer the company through transformative milestones. Ideal candidates will bring deep expertise in corporate strategy, public company governance, a collaborative mindset, a commitment to organizational excellence, and the ability to navigate complex challenges while fostering innovation and growth.

Qualifications

• Board experience a plus, but not required
• Senior leadership experience with a track-record of success
• Experience/understanding of the SaaS space
• Understanding of the nuances related to launching an early-stage SaaS company
• Understanding of the dynamics surrounding fundraising
• Experience/understanding the challenges leaders face today managing operations
• Experience working with executive teams
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Bachelor or Master degree required
