NorBella Champlin is located in Champlin, MN, just off Hwy 169 and 117th Ave N next to a nice residential neighborhood and Elm Creek Park Reserve. This convenient location provides a peaceful lifestyle while remaining close to local shops, restaurants, and more. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our 40‑unit apartment‑style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services. Shifts Available: Full‑Time AMs (7am-1:30pm) Wage: $15.50-$20.50 per hour Are you compassionate towards others? Are you passionate about enriching the lives of others? Our Culinary Assistants/Servers become family and impact the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation, distribution and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff while creating an environment that promotes resident well‑being. Set up room trays and tables in dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, and assist in preparing and covering food. Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays, when applicable. Deliver nourishment and snacks appropriately. Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes. Soak, scrub, scrape, and wash soiled dishes. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in a senior living setting. Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents’ families, and employees. Benefits Annual reviews with wage increases.
