Build strong relationships with local businesses, commercial and fleet clients
Strong consultation skills to understand clients needs & offer customizable vehicle solutions
Drive commercial vehicle sales to meet and exceed goals
Collaborate with service & fleet maintenance teams to provide full lifecycle client support
Stay up to date on new products, vehicle technology, and upfitting options
Manage a personal client portfolio with follow-up systems that create repeat and referral business
Represent the O.C. Welch Ford Lincoln, with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset
Conduct outbound sales calls and follow-up on leads to drive sales
Present proposals to municipalities, city government and business owners, when necessary
Strong negotiation skills and ability to close a sale and enhance customer satisfaction
Be able to work in a team environment

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
Previous B2B experience preferred
Proven track record in automotive, fleet, or commercial vehicle sales.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
High level of self-motivation and goal orientated
Ability to manage your pipeline, prospect new business, and close deals
Product knowledge of commercial vehicles and upfits preferred, not necessary.
