BartenderWe are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.Job duties:Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar for special events as needed.Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, communicating needs to management when necessary.Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations while serving food and beverages.Skills:Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.Experience with "Toast" or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred.Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.Knowledge of brewing techniques and food service practices is a plus.Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.Qualifications:TABC certificationFood handlers certification1 year bar experienceShift:8 hour shift10 hour shiftDay shiftNight shift
