Continuous Improvement Manager

Position: Continuous Improvement Manager Location: Sealy, TX Role & Responsibilities Establish and lead a culture of continuous improvement within the facility. Oversee quality and reliability systems, supporting safety initiatives and compliance with OSHA/EPA regulations. Manage internal audits, incident tracking, and participate in customer audits and new item processes. Build strong relationships with production supervisors to enhance manufacturing and quality systems using reliability tools. Support safety programs, incident investigations, and safety orientations. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2-4 years manufacturing experience, preferably in corrugated or converting environments. Proven ability to develop and manage high-performance teams and work systems. Knowledge of policies, customer quality expectations, and safety regulations. Strong leadership, business insight, results-driven mindset, and ability to manage complexity.
