Self-Storage Customer Service Representative

CubeSmart is hiring a Store Operations Associate to support daily operations at our self‑storage property. In this customer-facing role, you’ll greet and assist customers, explain storage solutions, complete rentals, process payments, and handle inquiries by phone and in person. You’ll maintain clean, secure, and organized facilities, perform basic property inspections, and support sales goals through unit rentals and retail product sales. This role works closely with teammates and management, following company policies, using property management software, and contributing to a service-focused, high-integrity culture.
