We are looking for an energetic, confident, and personable Appointment Setter to help grow our business by scheduling meetings with restaurants, retail stores, and other businesses that could benefit from our Point-of-Sale (POS) solutions and Payments processing

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Introduce our POS solutions in a professional and engaging manner.
• Identify decision-makers and qualify potential opportunities.
• Schedule appointments and product demonstrations with qualified prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in our CRM.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and text when appropriate.
• Meet weekly appointment-setting goals.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Friendly, persuasive, and confident on the phone.
• Strong listening and objection-handling skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Experience in telemarketing, inside sales, appointment setting, or B2B sales is preferred.
• Experience selling technology or POS systems is a plus.

Compensation:

• Base pay plus commission for every qualified appointment.
• Additional bonuses for appointments that result in closed sales.
• Flexible schedule (part-time or full-time).
