Two Hands (twohandshospitality.com / @twohandsrestaurant) is seeking experienced servers to join the team at our restaurant in the Quad in Uptown Dallas. AM and PM availability is required, with open availability on weekends essential.

We are a fast-growing, innovative hospitality group with restaurants in NYC, Austin, Dallas, Nashville, Franklin, and Denver. At Two Hands, our goal is for our ingredients to come from local farms to support our communities in New York, Texas, Tennessee, and Colorado.

OUR KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• At least one year of experience as a server in a high-volume and fast-paced restaurant environment
• Full weekend availability
• Availability to work AM and PM shifts, weekend availability essential
• Barista and/or bartending experience is a plus
• Knowledge and understanding of a dining program that includes coffee, specialty drinks, alcoholic beverages, and varied menu items
• Ability to maintain composure during busy service periods and show initiative in undertaking side work during slower times
• Reliability and punctuality
• A friendly, welcoming, and energetic personality
• Ability and willingness to learn and work well within a team
• Great work ethic and a passion for service
• A love for hospitality

• Estimated daily compensation average of $22-28 per hour including tips
• Health insurance available for full-time employees after 3 months
