You'll play a key part in helping a student thrive by providing expert physical therapy as outlined in their Individualized Education Plan (IEP). The schedule is thoughtfully designed—30-minute sessions, twice a month—offering you both the chance to make a real difference and the flexibility to balance your professional commitments.

Qualifications:

• Active Washington Professional Licensure in Physical Therapy
• ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certification for Physical Therapy
• Experience collaborating with school staff and working under IEPs is highly desired
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, student-focused approach
• Previous school-based physical therapy experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted physical therapy interventions in alignment with the student’s IEP goals
• Document progress and adapt strategies to meet the evolving needs of the student
• Consult with teachers, staff, and family members as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Ensure all services comply with state and district regulations and best practices
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings as required
