Real Estate Operations Analyst - Columbus, Ohio

MissionHires is seeking a Real Estate Operations Analyst on behalf of a client. This position offers hands‑on experience across real estate operations, market research, client development, CRM management, and property onboarding. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, analytical, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative environment. Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated graduate student with strong communication and analytical skills to join our team as a Real Estate Intern. This role provides hands‑on experience in real estate operations, market research, client development, and property management processes. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and eager to contribute to a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Research and identify prospective clients for third‑party property management opportunities. Conduct and compile comprehensive market surveys and competitive analyses. Assist with management of HubSpot CRM, including updating and maintaining contact records and entering notes and insights from research on prospective clients. Support the property onboarding process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of required documentation. Perform administrative and data entry tasks as needed. Maintain organized records with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Qualifications Currently enrolled in a graduate program (Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field preferred). Strong analytical, research, and communication skills. High level of attention to detail, organization, and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Office 365 and SharePoint. Advanced Excel skills preferred (e.g., data analysis, formulas, pivot tables). Familiarity with real estate data platforms such as Hello Data, CoStar, or NIC MAP Vision is a plus. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Preferred Skills & Attributes Self‑starter with a proactive approach to problem‑solving. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively across teams. Interest in real estate, property management, and market analytics. Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
