Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team and help maintain the equipment and facilities across our large portfolio of single-family residential homes, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Job Description This role begins as a contracted position with a 90–180 day probationary period. Candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and initiative may be offered a full-time position upon successful completion. Schedule 8-hour shift Experience Required Maintenance: 1 year minimum Licenses & Certifications Required Driver's License Personal Vehicle EPA Certification Location Requirements Must be able to commute to Dallas‑Fort Worth, TX. Candidates outside the area must relocate to Dallas‑Fort Worth, TX before starting work. Work Location In person Benefits Hourly Base Salary Based on Experience Health Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Career Growth Opportunities Mon-Fri Schedule Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks for single family homes, including painting, carpentry, and electrical repairs Inspect and troubleshoot equipment to identify issues and recommend effective solutions Carry out preventive maintenance on machinery and systems to minimize downtime and extend equipment life Supervise contractors and vendors as needed to ensure quality and timely completion of work Manage work orders, specifically in AppFolio.
