Opportunity Overview

Our organization is on the lookout for Board Certified or Board Eligible Neonatologists to become part of a leading, innovative, and rapidly expanding team. We are offering three full-time positions at two well-established practice sites: California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco, CA, and Alta Bates Summit Medical Center located in Oakland and Berkeley, CA.

Our integrated neonatology program operates across three clinical locations, managing an annual delivery volume of around 7,000 births and maintaining an average daily NICU census of 36. Physicians work in a high-acuity, collaborative setting with access to cutting-edge technology and subspecialty support.

Clinical responsibilities include:

• Care for micropreemies using advanced ventilation techniques

• A dedicated Small Baby Unit for specialized neonatal treatment

• Comprehensive surgical services for neonates

• Implementation of therapeutic hypothermia

• Coordination of neonatal transport

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine

• Possession of an active California medical license (or eligibility) by the start date
