ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

I've been a State Farm agent for 15 years and currently lead a close-knit team of four. I was born in Minnesota, but grew up in California and attended Cal State Northridge. Before entering the insurance industry, I worked in the restaurant business, where I met my husband and learned the importance of hard work, building relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. Those lessons have carried over into my agency, just with a little better work-life balance!

Building genuine relationships is at the heart of everything we do. As technology continues to change the way we interact, I believe personal connections are more important than ever. Many of our customers have been with us for years and truly feel like family. We go above and beyond to take care of them and value the opportunity to grow alongside them.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate for Julie Montenegro - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
