About The Role We are seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney with 0‑3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem‑solver, team player, and strong communicator with experience in legal research, case strategy, litigation, client representation, and courtroom advocacy. They are comfortable managing a full caseload, working collaboratively, and delivering high‑quality service to clients while upholding firm values and ethical standards. The role offers flexibility; however, during the first 90 days of employment, the Associate Attorney is expected to be in the office as much as possible for onboarding, training, and integration with the team.
