Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and treatments in line with policy and individualized care plans.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation and record-keeping.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures relevant to the scope of practice.
• Identify and respond to patient care priorities with initiative and sound judgment.
• Complete all required orientations, in-services, and training promptly.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Valid professional license in the state of practice.
• Graduate from a CAPTE accredited program. For foreign-trained candidates, the program must be recognized as substantially equivalent to U.S. entry-level education by an APTA-approved credential evaluation organization.
