Physical Therapist - Part-time

Role Overview: This position involves the evaluation and treatment of patients primarily in Rehab and LTAC hospitals, including initial and discharge assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and documenting patient progress in the EMR. Key Responsibilities Perform assessments, set goals, and develop treatment strategies to meet functional objectives. Provide therapy education as needed and participate as a member of the interdisciplinary team. Serve as a clinical instructor/mentor for interns and participate in skills checks. Coordinate equipment orders, contact vendors, and communicate with physicians and healthcare professionals. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctoral Degree preferred. At least 1 year of experience in Rehab, SNF, LTACH, or Acute care preferred. Valid GA PT license or eligibility, BLS certification, and basic computer literacy. #J-18808-Ljbffr Proforma Health
