This dual-role is critical to maintaining high client satisfaction while helping grow our existing client portfolio through proactive sales and relationship management. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person. Manage client accounts, including policy updates, billing questions, and claims assistance. Conduct in-book sales activities by identifying opportunities within the existing client base to offer additional insurance products or policy enhancements. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and referrals. Collaborate with Megan Green and the team to meet or exceed sales goals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system. Participate in ongoing training to stay knowledgeable about insurance products and industry trends. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, preferably in insurance or financial services. Comfortable with sales and discussing insurance products with clients. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Proficient with basic computer applications and willing to learn agency management software. Positive attitude and a team player mindset.
