SANZIE HEALTHCARE SERVICESIMMEDIATE OPENINGfor Registered Behavior TechRegistered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a 22-year-old female with AutismPosition Overview: Implement evidence-based behavior‑analytic interventions while assisting her with daily living skills, schoolwork, and community engagement. You'll split your time between structured ABA sessions and hands-on caregiving. The ideal candidate should have experience with autism, demonstrate patience, and possess the skills necessary to support the individual's functional independence.HoursMonday through Friday: AM & PM schedules availableWeekends: Flexible for community outingsSalary Range$16.00 per hour Total HoursMinimum of 20 hours per week, with the potential for up to 40 hours per week.Duties & ResponsibilitiesPersonal Care: Assist with grooming, hygiene, and hair care.Domestic Assistance: Teach and assist with cooking, cleaning, and laundry.Health and Safety Care: Remind and assist with medications and physical exercises.Documentation: Accurately record daily progress according to the service plan and IEP.Community Assistance: Facilitate community engagement and social activities.Communication: Maintain open communication with the agency regarding any client or family concerns.Support: Encourage and support the client's growth and development at home and in the community.Requirements:RBT certification or equivalent1+ year experience with adults on the autism/ADHD spectrumStrong communication and de‑escalation skillsReliable transportation and a smartphone for check‑ insQualificationsMust be at least 18 years old.Ability to read and write in English.A valid Georgia driver's license and auto insurance are required.CPR & First Aid Certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross.Current TB test.How to Apply:Send resume & brief cover letter to View email address on ziprecruiter.com subject line: "RBT Application – Waiver Funded"Additional RemarksFlexibility and adaptability are crucial.Reliability and punctuality are essential qualities for this role.Background is required and random drug testing.
