The Financials:

• Earning Potential: $100K - $175K+ per year

What You Will Do:

• Interview candidates, and build a dedicated squad of field canvassers from scratch.
• Run impactful morning meetings and hit the field with your reps to show them exactly how to overcome objections.
• Take ownership of neighborhood logistics, territory mapping, and target routing to keep your team efficient.
• Maintain a high-energy, positive environment focused on growth, competition, and hitting weekly targets.

What You Need to Qualify:

• Solid background in Canvassing Management (Home Improvement experience is highly preferred).
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to train raw talent into top producers.
• Elite organizational skills to handle route planning and daily team tracking.
