This isn't just a manager title. You're the heartbeat of the store. You'll own the results, develop your people, and build something you're proud of backed by one of the most recognized names in wireless retail. And unlike a lot of Verizon retailers in Florida, we pay above the market. Your effort here actually shows up in your paycheck. What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop your store team every single day
- Drive sales of Verizon's full lineup of devices, plans, and services
- Own the details inventory, contracts, customer follow-through, and clean operations
- Build a store culture your team actually wants to show up to
- Stay sharp on the latest tech and competitive landscape
- Recruit and develop the next generation of store leaders
- 13 years of retail, sales, or customer-facing experience
- 13 years of management or team leadership
- High energy, accountability, and a competitive spirit
- Someone who leads from the floor not just the back office
- Above-market base pay + uncapped commission one of the most competitive structures in the South Florida Verizon market
