Job Description: A Progressive Care Unit nurse (PCU nurse) has a unique job of caring for patients as they transition from the ICU. A progressive care nurse works in a hospital. A PCU nurse specializes in the medical treatment and surgery of patients with needs that are too complicated for a regular hospital floor, but do not require admission to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

Cancellation Policy: 14 day notice required or fee of 1 week x BR Low Census: For each Clinical Assigned Professional, Client is limited to one (1) shift every two (2) weeks per thirteen (13) week assignment for Low Census Call Off. Low Census Call Off is defined as terminating a specific shift for a Clinical Assigned Professional due to low census at the Client facility. Client must attempt to provide at least two (2) hours' notice prior to any Low Census Call Off.
