JOB SUMMARY Our Relationship Managers play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional client experience by focusing on three core responsibilities: serving, retaining, and growing client relationships.This position offers a dynamic blend of responsibilities, including providing outstanding service to existing clients, developing business within a targeted market niche, and cultivating opportunities generated through referrals.You will have a meaningful impact at every stage of the client relationship while working closely with an affluent clientele to help them achieve their financial goals. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Successfully manage assigned client relationships, resulting in a high client retention rate Exercise strong relationship management skills with an ability to guide clients to their financial goals Engage in systematic client reviews in person and on MS Teams following a firm agenda Play a lead role in scheduling, organizing, and delivering engaging presentations to highly educated prospective clients Open to learning the firm’s eMoney financial planning construction, modeling, and presentation process Bring on new clients through client referrals, networking, and presentations Stay up-to-date on industry and regulatory updates, the economy, financial markets, fraud, and cybersecurity threats Assist with social media marketing efforts The ideal candidate will possess personal motivation and drive, and will thrive in the firm’s high-performing environment REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 2-5 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or insurance Bachelor's degree required; Accounting, Finance, or Economics preferred CFP® designation (or active pursuit) is a strong plus Have a passion for providing first class service, with the ability to effectively interact directly with clients Exceptional communication, presentation, and active listening skills High personal accountability with a proactive, upbeat, team-first attitude Have proven analytical and organizational skills and strong attention to detail, accuracy, and deadlines Fiduciary mindset — unwavering commitment to client best interests and confidentiality SALARY AND BENEFITS A salary based on experience Quarterly performance bonus tied to client relationship metrics Health care, 401(k) with firm match, and profit-sharing plan Paid vacation and a supportive, professional work environment Ready to Talk?
